Return Policy on Mail Orders
Wholesale (damaged items only) or Retail (all exchanges)- Returns/exchanges on all items except used equipment and special orders. You must call within 10 days of receiving your order for a RETURN (RTS) AUTHORIZATION. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Failure to call for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION will result in a 20% restocking fee.
